About the suite
This fully self-contained suite is newly renovated, fully furnished, and thoughtfully designed, offering 900 sqft. of comfortable living space with expansive ocean and mountain views. The space includes two bedrooms (one can be set up as an office if needed), an open-concept living room and kitchen, large south-facing sunroom, and 3-pc bathroom. Tenants interested in gardening are welcome to plant in the front garden beds.
Please note this is a non-smoking/non-vaping property and the suite is not suitable for pets.
This suite is located in a bungalow with an adjacent suite occupied by BC Ferries captains during their work rotations (5am–3pm or 3pm–1am). While they are generally very quiet and respectful, there can occasionally be sound transfer. As it is a shared building, we’re seeking tenants who will be respectful and considerate of noise and will care for the space thoughtfully.
Quick overview
Rent with a 12-month lease is $1,800/month including all utilities—hydro, water, sewer, high-speed internet (totalling ~$200/month). The suite is fully furnished and includes access to the laundry/storage area in the garage and use of the front yard and garden.
An optional reduced rate of $1,600/month is available for those interested in handling the light bi-weekly turnover cleaning of the adjacent BC Ferries suite (1-2 hours to flip the suite every other week, plus laundry.)
We’re looking for long-term tenants interested in a 12-month lease, though we welcome thoughtful inquiries from those seeking a good fit. Rates may vary for shorter stays.
